AiQualis provides interactive courses, coaching sessions, and workshops aimed at enhancing AI skills. Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon full payment.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, tutorials, and recorded seminars delivered via download links or email.

4. Goods

Physical materials such as printed books or toolkits are shipped to the address provided at purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Below are the terms for refund requests.

5.1 Services

Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule a service at no extra charge if notice is given at least 3 days before.

5.2 Info Products

Digital items may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the download has not been completed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon approval.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be refunded within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and in original condition. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for a refund.

5.4 No-Refund Situations

Certain services sold at a promotional rate or with exclusive content may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Such items are provided on a final-sale basis due to their bespoke nature.
